You simply ship back the unit to CloudSigma (if we are not hosting it) and we will make a return claim to the manufacturer. As long as the unit is covered by warranty period and terms (i.e. you didn’t drop it in water etc.!) then we will organize for a new unit to be shipped back to you. You have the same protection that you would receive from a direct manufacturer but with a higher level of customer support and responsiveness.
If you choose to host your miner with CloudSigma and it develops a fault, we will deinstall it (with your permission) from the hosting facility and as long as it is within the warranty period, organize a fix or replacement via the manufacturer.
